Return Policy
All purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty or there is an issue with your order. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. While we generally do not accept returns for change of mind, we may review requests on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. If approved, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us to inquire about a change-of-mind return.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and reach out to us right away if there are any problems. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
If a refund is approved due to a faulty item or order issue, we will process it back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
